Hankins are joining the blog world!

It's been a couple of years back now that a friend suggested I start blogging. I thought it sounded like a great idea. Only one problem................. time! Because we all know that everyone has plenty of time to just sit around and type about their life. :p Well, I do already have a lot of the makings on my Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/lotofhankins. Brandon has also considered us starting up a blog so we can share with others as God continues to grow our family in many different ways. So here I find myself attempting to figure out the workings and formats of a blog.
I already know I'll be adding all my canning adventures! Yay! Definitely will add recipes that we enjoy, maybe how we shop, and other fun things we make. We'll try to keep you updated on our latest adventures whatever they may be. 

My latest adventure is setting out into the direct sales world. I am officially an Independent Lilla Rose Consultant. If you've never heard of Lilla Rose, let me explain. Lilla Rose is a fairly new company. They are most known by the popular flexi clip. They can be used in place of any normal hair barret or elastic and especially replace that plastic claw! 

They have a sturdy "pin" connected to the flexible figure 8 part that slides through and holds by the resistance your hair provides. They come in sizes ranging from mini-mega. They are so much fun! They also have beautiful sturdy bobby pins, 

you pins,

 flexi Ohs, head bands,

 and badge clips.

 People are affectionately calling these jewelry for their hair. Some have said they love them because they are so sturdy they plan on handing them down as heirlooms for the children and grandchildren. Right now this beauty is my favorite. Rainbow cluster. :D

That's enough about that for now though. This blog will not be about my Lilla Rose adventure, this is just our newest adventure and I'm really excited about it. I think the extra income will be great for our family. I hope to save up for those little extras, maybe some house improvements. So for now I will leave you with this.
